Lotic Fermentation is all about fermented beverages. From wine and beer to mead and kombucha, we love it and brew it all. We are located in Vancouver, Washington and have a focus on small batch production. Being a part of our community both locally and globally is important to us.
Lotic ('low-tick') is an ecological term that describes flowing water, such as rivers and streams. Using the term Lotic is our homage to water and its important role around the globe. It is the basis of life and of our beverages.
