Our Taproom
We brew alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and have a limited selection of non-Lotic beverages available.
The kitchen pumps out protein heavy sandwiches and salads, with options for kids and also sides to support smaller appetites. As parents ourselves, this is an important feature of our taproom.
Beer is here, and we have embraced the idea that it is okay to go to a brewery and get a low or no alcohol beverage while still having a fulfilling experience. Feel free to stay for a while. Wine drinkers are supported and welcome here (did you know, we're almost a winery too? [permit pending] Also pretty important to our mission). We're members of the Northbank Brewers Alliance and the Southwest WA Wine Association. Community first, we're here to stay.
Our taproom also has a retail mercantile ready with take-home goodies and a curated selection of art and goods from local vendors, as well as our own products.
Kids and teens are welcome
We wish we could communicate in a few sentences the importance of this mission. Children deserve the opportunity to be out-and-about in the community and to learn how to socialize with other real people.
We all have families and we want to support you. We have a kid area with play toys, books, and more to keep little ones entertained.
For teens, we have a solid selection of board games, books, and non-digital games to entertain. On top of that, the owners of this establishment are console and PC gamers. Local groups supporting gaming are encouraged to talk with us about healthy in-person groups that collaborate digitally and in-person on gaming initiatives in Clark County, Portland Metro, and Washington/Oregon statewide participation.

We want to work with you! We are set up to make small batches to your specifications. Our minimum is five kegs.
Need a specific alc or non-alc beverage for your private event or house brand? Lotic is ready to support with low MOQ and flexibility for your delivery requirements. Your house brand can clarify consumer expectations and provide more control over your own margins at the POS.

Lotic ('low-tick') is an ecological term that describes flowing water, such as rivers and streams. Using the term Lotic is our homage to water and its important role around the globe. It is the basis of life and of our beverages.
