Lotic started when...
Serendipity, good luck, and a whole lot of patience came together. Its a story we're still writing while we push toward our dream. Each of us has been working to own our destiny while supporting our community along the way. Our roots are planted, and we're all in. Best put in TL;DR terms - We met because we like three things: talking with people, food science, and local art. Fortunately, we all wanted to start a business that allows us to do all three in our own way.
